The Department of Community Planning, Housing, and Development (CPHD) will host a workshop to discuss the status of architecture along Columbia Pike on:
Wednesday, March 22nd at 7pm
Navy League Building, Conference Room (Lobby Level)
2300 Wilson Blvd.
(Metro accessible; public parking available in the County garage across street )

ARLINGTON MILL CIVIC ASSOCIATION MEETING
TUESDAY - MARCH 21, 2017 - 7:00 PM
ROOM 527 - ARLINGTON MILL COMMUNITY CENTER - 909 S. DINWIDDIE ST.
Free 4 hour parking in underground garage - enter at 9th St. So. - road between the Arlington Mill Residences and Park Glen Condo.  Go to second garage entrance.
If you are interested in seeing improved housing and retail at the west end of the Pike, you are invited to come to this meeting.  Help spread the word!
David Orr - his company is redeveloping the "Food Star" property at the corner of George Mason Drive/Columbia Pike.
Pillars Development, which is building 78 market rate condominiums  - Trafalgar Flats - at the corner of S. Buchanan and Columbia Pike - with retail on the first level.
Property manager for the Tyroll Hill Apts., which was recently purchased by the Insight Property Group, an Arlington based company.
